Psalms Food Industries Limited is a leading Snacks Manufacturing Company in Uganda under the brand names Sumz, Krunchables, and Afrikan Harvest Invites qualified and interested internal staff for the position of Tailor. 

Role Overview:

As a sales Manager you will be:

1.  Aggressively grow sales volume to meet all weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.

2.  Develop and prepare a daily Sales checklist

3.    Organise departmental meetings, document sales action points and present them to management.

4.  Training and orientation of new staff in the sales department.

5.  Verification of daily sales reports and returns by sales Executives.

6   Work with stores and dispatch team to record and tabulate stock inwards from the sales team

7.  Coordinate with the production manager to ensure that goods are produced in time for supply.

8   Develop a weekly deployment plan for the sales department and follow up of key accounts.

9   Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.

10  Work with customer relations Team to gather feedback and assess client needs.

11  Sponsoring activities to create brand awareness.

12  Assessing clients risks and challenges

13  Work with Customer relations and sales team to receive and follow back on customer feedback.

14. Performance management of all sales team.

Qualifications:

•       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Commerce or any other related fields from a recognised institution

•       5-7 years of sales experience

•       Must be a current employee of Psalms Food Industries Limited with no active disciplinary case.
