About the Role



The Sales Executive position is a key part of our growth strategy. This role is suited for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, enjoy working in the field, and are passionate about building relationships. You will be at the forefront of our business — engaging with retailers, distributors, and consumers to promote the Sumz brand.


As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving product visibility, meeting sales targets, and ensuring our snacks are readily available to customers in your assigned region. The role calls for a proactive and strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities, convert leads into loyal clients, and maintain lasting partnerships. You will represent the company’s image on the ground and ensure that every client interaction reflects the quality and professionalism that Psalms Food Industries stands for.



Key Responsibilities



  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities through effective field sales activities.

  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients and ensure continuous customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance, availability, and brand visibility.

  • Implement promotional and marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team to boost sales.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.

  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports, targets, and market updates to the sales supervisor.

  • Ensure proper product display, shelf arrangement, and adherence to merchandising standards.

  • Represent Psalms Food Industries professionally during all client interactions and events.
